Warren Buffet said something that stuck with me: “when others are greedy, be fearful and when others are fearful, be greedy.” Regardless of what the pundits say, I personally don’t feel as if the recession is over for main street. But contrary to the intuition of many, there are many opportunities out there because of the economic environment. Interpretation – if you have the risk tolerance and means, this is still an ideal time to build upon an existing business, or start a new one.
