The last time I checked Canadian customs charged $5 to process a package on top of any applicable duties/ fees/ VAT, etc.  Each province processes international parcels slightly differently. There is a 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax) on most items  imported into Canada and a 7-8% ‘sales’ tax or ‘provincial tax’ (PST). Legitimate resellers, I believe, can apply to have the 7-8% sales tax  refunded, though I am not certain of the process.

General Info on Canadian Importing

In NS, NL, LD, and NB there is a 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) which replaces the GST and PST.

Goods made in Mexico or the USA are generally duty free. However, our jewelry is not made in North America.

Our standard shipping method to Canada  is Global Priority. We currently charge $13 for this service for orders up to $350 (see our shipping policies for complete details). It takes 5-15 days to arrive. It is not trackable. Express Mail Service is faster and trackable. Usually it takes 4-7 days to arrive in country/ clear customs and reach your destination. For this service we charge $35.
