Small Business Best Practices Survey Results

October 29, 2008 – 8:22 am

Having a hard time with your small business in this economic down-turn? Here are the results of our recent survey in which we asked our customers how the economy is affecting their small business and how they are coping.  I have totally opened up the results of these surveys. So take advantage by clicking on the “VIEW” buttons so you can read the narratives that people wrote. And I expect some more folks to give feedback so check back in a day or two to see more ideas. If you have not given your response please take a minute if you can. Here is the survey.

To synthesize what I have read so far… First something surprising. 75% of the respondents indicated they have experienced increase in sales or no change in the past 3 months. Good news! Some common threads in these narratives include:

  • Carry a lot of low price point items
  • Carry a few larger ticket items to bring up profits
  • Try new market venues that you have not previously utilized
  • Network with friends or local business groups
  • More frequent small orders from suppliers “just in time” to reduce overhead
  • … And lots more ideas.

Small Business Best Practices - Survey

October 28, 2008 – 10:43 am

I have heard such a wide range of responses from my customers when I ask how they are doing in this economy that I decided to post this valuable feedback for all my customers to benefit from. Some folks say their sales have declined precipitously, while others are finding creative ways to maintain and grow their businesses. My hope is that sharing best practices and concerns among my customer base will give everyone more insight and ideas than they would be able to generate on their own.

SURVEY LINK:
http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=oWEpw_2bXF1vePv3tCGzwGKg_3d_3d

Over the past 1-2 months the changes to the macro economies of the United states and the world have altered significantly. This has affected my business, and that of my customers, in several ways. For me - I have modified my buying and savings habits, pricing structures, inventory price-points, as well as marketing channels.

Small businesses are generally able to make adjustments more aptly than large corporations. So, although changes in your business practices are neccessary to thrive in this time, you are very much in control of the fate of your business.

Please take a minute and post your experiences in this brief survey. I will share results TOMMORROW! Yes, tommorrow, I will tabulate the results and send out to you so you can take advantage of the data.

SILVER PEACE

Last year I started Silver Peace - “Jewelry with a Conscience” for the customers of mine that specialize in jewellery parties and want to give back to their communities or one of the charitable organizations I support. Given that this time of year home jewellery parties do very well, and also charitable works also tend to generate more interest, now is a good time to explore this program I have setup and ready to go. The Marketing Kits are only $21 and can add a new dimension to your business, attracting a new segment of customers. Remember just because the econmy slows down does not mean your business by neccessity must shrink. If you open new distribution channels/ find new niches for your business you can maintain and in some cases grow your sales in a slowed down economic period. The key is to try something new. Let me know if you have any questions. All Details at link below:

HUGE Sale On Wholesale Silver Pendants 10-20% Off!

October 22, 2008 – 12:34 pm

As of right now, lasting unitl Friday, I am doing something I have not done in about 3 years. Having a sale! With the price of silver falling so fast I have to get rid of some inventory so I can stock up while the silver price is still low. Most of the earrings and rings on the site are already at low pries reflecting the current low silver commodity price.

I have just lowered the prices of most of my small to medium size pendants by 10-20%. Many of the pieces that were $7.79 are now just $5.99. Pendants at $8.49 now $6.99. And as you know my prices are already super-competitive. For 1+ days only.

You can see all the reduced pendants, along with the stunning copper bracelets, earrings, silver charms and stud lots I just added yesterday, on the New Arrivals page.

I almost never do these kind of across the board mark-downs because generally they seem corny and gimmicky to me. I prefer to offer one low price all the time. But I really want to take advantage of the falling silver market not just for my own benefit but for the benefit of my customers. It’s a strategic move, not one of desperation! But I need to act fast. That is why this offer will end Friday morning East Coast time, USA (October 23). When I wake up I will put the prices back to their normal levels.

As a consolation, anyone who placed an order within the past 3 days for the same pendants, now kicking themselves, if you place a new order just put a note with it as a reminder to me and I will throw something extra in to even things out for ya.

Please take advantage of this. You can lower your retail prices for your customers by $5-$8/ pc by buying at these prices and sell a high volume, or make some extra profit for yourself.

New Items & Free Shipping Through October 18

October 16, 2008 – 8:00 am

The Freee Shipping Promo will run through Friday, October 17, at midnight or until the first 30 customers take advantage. If you see the “Free Shipping” graphic on the site the offer is still good. Unlike other promos I have offered, this time the minimum order requirement to qualify is only $60. I was toying with the idea of running this no-cost shipping on an on-going basis. But I decided against for two reasons:  1) Our standard ship option is 2-3 days (priority mail) for $130+ orders. But the promo method is 4-10 days (first class mail), and it’s causing longer for transit times.  2) Wow, its expensive! I just cannot afford to do this all the time. Sorry.

Also, I have some new items in stock. Here are a few of them. See all on ou New Arrivals Page, along with some specific items that are great sellers at very good prices.

I am sitting at my desk listening to NPR and the segment could could not be more relevant to all of us. The topic is small business and how they are adjusting to this economy. One of the guests said something that resonated with me - as small business owners we have to be focused, look after our own interests and help each other… because there is no bailout for us! Credit is tightening, consumers are leary and as a result many small businesses are being challenged. So unless we want to just pack it up and call it a day, we all have to be smarter about how we run our businesses. I offer some services at no cost to my customers which may help and I hope you take advantage. Here is what I am doing to help you.

1) I commission my jewellery all year long. But due to good timing and some luck, over the last 3 months I have timed the market perfectly. I stocked up when the silver prices were the smallest they have been in 2 years and when the dollar was strongest. Just yesteday I bought $4000 in raw silver so I would have it on hand at the lowest possible price. What this means for you is that as I add new products over the next 1-2 months you will continue to see marked price reductions. Take my word - most of my competitors, if their timing was just as good - are NOT going to bring their prices down!

2) I am stocking a lot of smaller and low price-point items that will move quicker - of course at the same quality as always. As always their is a range, but lots of rings for $3.99-$5, earrings $6.59-$8, stunning faceted post earrings for $4.79 and pendants around $6. And I just lowered the price on 90% of our toe rings to $1.99. I can’t wait to lower prices again in a couple weeks!

3) We offer a virtual website (its basically a customizable online catalog) as well as a printable catalog in our admin area - ONLY available to our customers. Also image downloads, a barter center and profiles that I post on my site to help you promote your business. None of these features will cost you a penny. But you have to place an order before you gain access to these features.

Have a great week and enjoy the debate. If you are undecided please consider Obama. He is my choice because we clearly need a new direction and better decision making to turn our country around.

$35 Per Referral!

October 14, 2008 – 8:34 am

I am a firm believer in change as a business strategy. I have advertised using Google Adwords for close to 3 years. At first it was a cash-cow, but more recently increased competition for keywords has turned the economics around. So, I am going to try something new.

Instead of paying google thousands of dollars a year for new customers I would like to pay you. Here is the thing, you never want to reveal your source to your competition, and I would never expect you to do so. But, if you have friends or family members with businesses that are not in direct competition with yours, please consider referring them to www.wholesalegemshop.com. I will pay you $35 for every new customer. Here are the terms:

1) New customer must be legitimate re-seller, which I will verify.
2) First order from new customer must be = or > $100, payment must be completed before it counts.
3) New customer must refer to you by full name in the COMMENTS section when checking out the order.
4) If I suspect anything seedy such as ordering under faux names (I can sniff this stuff out pretty easily), no deal.
5) There is no limit! If you get 10 new customers for me you earn $350 (USD).
6) Payments will be made on aproximately a weekly basis, by paypal.

I am trying this for a limited time - these terms will hold for 1 month (ending on November 14, 2008). Though if it works I will keep it going. Let me know what you think. Your feedback is important to me.

I will be adding a lot of new stuff over the next couple weeks so be sure to check back regularly.

Small Business Growth During Ecomonic Downturn

October 10, 2008 – 7:11 am

Your business WILL survive! And I have some data to support this statement…

We are not heading to financial armagedon. How do I know? Because people are still buying jewellery.

I tend to think of myself as a realist and like everyone else in the US and all over the world I feel some anxiety about the state of our world economy and disdain for those responsible. But I temper this feeling with an optimistic outlook. With the right strategy your business can come out of this stronger.

IS MY BUSINESS DOOMED BECAUSE OF THE ECONOMIC DOWNTURN?

Not if you make some smart business decisions. Conversely, if you make a lot of stupid decisions, yeah you could be done for a while! In the past year my wholesale business has declined 11%, and over the past four months it has dropped 23%. While this is a concern, to be honest, I am shocked it’s not worse. I mean, if I could not make my mortgage payments and had to choose between food and gas… wholesale silver jewelry is the last thing I would be buying. I have no idea why, Read the rest of this entry »

Free Shipping!

October 6, 2008 – 6:57 pm

I have been listening closely to all my customers and have decided to make a major change to the way I do business.

From now on, as long as I can afford to do so, I will be offering $0 shipping on all orders over $59. Yes, just $59 for free shipping! Here is something else that I feel sets my business apart from some of your other choices. No pressure. This is not a one-time promotion. I realize times are tighter and value is important. I realize that for some of my customers $100 is even too much to spend and for others they prefer to make smaller more frequent orders. The decision to land at the $59 threshold was based directly on customer feedback. I intend to maintain this policy for the foreseable future. Details on the site.

Have a great week and as always feel free to call with any questions or for business advice.

Tips To Improve Your Website Traffic & SEO

September 19, 2008 – 10:42 am

Over the past couple years I have seen the number of my customers who have websites increase from about 10% to close to 50%. It is a low-cost and time committment, effective way to expand your business. The problem is not building the website, because there are a lot of turn-key solutions out there. Rather getting people to notice your website out of the hundreds of millions out there. So in this newsletter I offer a few pointers, and a few things I offer (no charge of course!) to help you accomplish this. But first, if you have not been on the site since Tuesday, checkout the Wholesale Jewelry New Arrivals. I added a bunch of the best selling items that were out of stock… and some quantities are limited.

BACK LINKS

There are books written on Search Engine Optimization, a bit more than I can go into in an email that someone will actually want to read! But here is one HUGE thing you can do to improve your placement in google, yahoo and other search engines: GET LINKS BACK TO YOUR SITE.  You have probably heard about “link exchanging” - the arrangement of trading links (you put a link to my site on yours and I will reciprocate). Well, it does not work anymore. What google looks for is “relevance”. And a main way they gauge relevance is the number of “inbound” links (from another site TO your site) and the relevance of the originating site to your website. Example: having a link to your Read the rest of this entry »

Wholesale Jewelry Buying - Best Practices & Tips

September 11, 2008 – 7:55 pm

What should you get for re-sale? What products sell best? Which stones sell best? These questions can make the buying process frustrating and stressful.  Stunningly, when I look back over the past 14 years in this business, my investment is approaching $1 million; the only reason I mention, is that I realize I must have learned something of value along the way … and am happy to share..  Here are a few kernels of knowledge I have accumulated along the way in regards to designing and producing silver gemstone jewellry:

1) Diversify product types - offer a range of products, even if you only have $100 to invest initially. Instead of buying 15 pendants, get 5 rings, 5 pendants and 5 pairs of earrings. Get most rings in sizes 6,7, 8.

2) Go after bright colored, natural gemstones in your jewellery. I don’t care what season it is, the dull colored, brown stuff does not do well. Really light colored stones (such as s light peridot with no faceting or topaz) do not sell. I personally can’t stand cz - I think I tried once to sell with  no results.

3) Popular stones: based on my sales, the most popular stones are: Read the rest of this entry »

Free Features For Wholesale Jewelry Customers

September 5, 2008 – 8:57 am

I hope you had a great week. We sent 3 kids to 3 new schools so it seems like a a long one! I often get asked by new and even long-time customers what we can do to help your business. Actually, we offer quite a bit but many folks don’t know about them and therefore do not utilize. So this week I want to quickly update you on some great tools we offer to help your business. … And be sure to checkout our New Arrivals which I added in the past 2-3 days… And to try out the features and services discussed below (and more), simply login to your account in the MyAccount tab of our website. Click here if you forgot your password and want it emailed to you. The admin area is available once immediately after your first order has been paid for.

Yes, we DO offer CATALOGS! (Sort Of)

I strongly believe a business should stick to its core competency; for me, that is online wholesale silver jewellery sales. We don’t drop ship, don’t catalog sales, don’t sell on consignment or any of those funky relationships which generally fail miserably. But within the context of web-sales to retailers we offer 2 great tools to help you with ‘pre-sales’ and ‘up-sales’:

1) Printable, customizable catalogs. The Custom Catalog feature allows you to create and print, on our own computer, a handsome catalog consisting of any of the items we have in stock. You choose which items to include, set the price and can also include your own logo. Its a great way to take Read the rest of this entry »

60 New Wholesale Jewelry Designs In Stock!

August 12, 2008 – 4:26 pm

I just added 60 stunning new designs! New Arrivals now available.

The new stuff includes mostly silver gemstone earrings and pendants. Many new Artisan designs with a very creative and unique silver and bass mix. Believe it or not fusing brass and silver is very difficult and you don’t see the metals mixed that often. But the look is very clean and nice. Also got some beautiful, simple pendants with large gems, that folks have been clamouring for :)

All the new items can bee seen on the new arrivals page.

60+ New Wholesale Jewelry Designs In Stock

August 5, 2008 – 7:32 pm

TONS of new stuff! Wholesale silver jewelry including rings, pendants, earrings.

I also added about 5000 pairs of studs, 10 pairs per card. I have about 15 different stones including some faceted sets. The cabachon studs are just over $1/ pair and the faceted gem studs only $2. Great deals. These are among the best sellers I carry and most of my customers get a 3-4 time markup on them which makes them among the most profitable.

Marketing Wholesale Jewelry In A Weak Economy

July 18, 2008 – 7:50 am

Let’s get the bad news out of the way. The economy sucks. There I said it!  Now the good news as it relates to your business. There is opportunity - and I will be very specific. Although I am a wholesaler and you are a retailer, our businesses are very similar in many ways. Even though I have been wholesaleing for 14 years, there is still plenty of market share for me to grab. Why such opportunity? Because compared to the Blake Brothers and Blue Ice’s of the world, my business is small potatoes.  While these larger companies may be experiencing losses during a recession, because they have maxed out every marketing resource, there is still room for little guys like us to grow and expand. You see, there are still many strategies that I have not yet employed, marketing channels I have not explored and customers who I have not reached yet. Some of this content may be a repeat, but the information is very relevant still so I thought I would recycle some of it.

Wholesale Jewelry Closeouts

July 15, 2008 – 9:23 am

As you know (I hope!) I have great values on the website everyday. But because of the nature of the jewellery industry, some of the best bargains take some time to locate. I just went through the entire site and picked out the best values, and put all these products on the New Arrivals page.  There are about 150-200 great products you can see and order very efficiently. Many of the items are only $5-$7.

Let me explain just a bit more why I have done this. Silver has been a very volatile commodity for the past 2 years. For obvious reasons I have to base my prices on the cost of silver at the time I purchase it to make the jewellery. Sometimes I have to buy silver when it is high and sometimes I buy when it is lower.  One thing that I do NOT do is automatically markup al my prices the minute silver prices go up. So, you will see price fluctuations on the site of up to 25% for similar designs. If I wanted to be consistent I would bring up the lower prices, but I don’t do that. So believe it or not you can find some unbelievable dealls on the site every single day, right in front of you. The catch now is that I have made it easier to find today’s best values so if you have time take a look today before the vultures swoop in!

$150 Wholesale Jewelry Giveaway! (And support a great cause)

July 8, 2008 – 6:40 am

This one is rather odd and you may have to re-read it a few times before it makes sense! It’s past my bed time so I am not sure how coherent this will be. True to my procrastinative tendencies I waited til the last minute to think of this…

CLICK HERE TO SPONSOR ME/ GUESS TIME

On Sunday, July 13, I will be competing in a 1/2 Ironman Triathlon in Rhode Island. It consists of 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike and 13.1 mile run, and a whole lot of pain. I figure if I am going to suffer it might as well benefit someone else besides me (the thing about Triathletes is even though we complain about the misery but we really do love it).

So I am providing my customers an opportunity to sponsor me while possibly winning $150 in jewelry (wholesale value!)to boot. I will forward 100% of donations to Friends of Nepal, which in turn will support some great projects in Nepal like the ones described on my website. And the jewellery? For every $5 you donate, you get one guess at my finishing time. I anticipate finishing the race in the range of 4 hours 30 minute to 5 hours. So if you donate $10 you get 2 guesses. Whoever guesses closest wins*. Tie=split (hint: guess to the ’seconds’). Send your guesses in the comments section when you donate or just email to me seperately.

* No purchase or donation neccessary to enter. If you are unable to make a donation but would really like to guess my time just call me.

Free Rainbow Moonstone Silver Studs - 24 Hours ONLY!

June 25, 2008 – 9:03 am

I am giving away a $5 (wholesale price) pair of beautiful Rainbow Moonstone & Sterling Silver studs with every order of $75 or more. This promo will last 24 hours (aprox 9am  EST Thursday June 26) or until the 30 pairs I have in stock are gone.  Why am I doing this? UGGH! For the past week my server has been sluggish, which I feel really bad about. Its like having to shut down your store for 5 days; not good for business! This is my way of saying I am SORRY if I let you down - if you tried to get to the site and were unable to access it. Anyway, the problem is now solved and I will be personally monitoring it all day to be sure there are no more issues. If you have any difficulties on the site let me know - you can reach me at 401-709-4420 (001 country code for outside USA).

In the past few days I have added some gorgeous new low price-point silver gemstone rings ($5-$7 wholesale) as well as a few earrings and the very popular white shell pendants. And be sure to view our Himalayan Crafts category. This stuff is FUN! Enjoy!

Buddhist Prayer Flags, Himalayan Incense, Purses, Thangkas !!

June 17, 2008 – 8:33 am

To say this has been a long time coming is an understatement. I have been debating whether to add some high quality, low price-point handicraft products to the site
for 7 years! I am starting off with a limited number of offerings - all from Nepal. These are some exciting, beautiful and unique items that will add diversity and some
volume to your displays. The crafts include incense, small bags/ purses, Tibetan Buddhist Prayer Flags, and some amazing Buddhist Artwork. The prices are amazing too. Let me know what you think.

Cotton Purses ($3.99)

Prayer Flags ($7.99)

Himalayan Incense ($2.25/ pack of 15 sticks)

Bhuddist Paintings ($18-$50)

Also see our new arrivals page for some of our newest jewelry additions. The category with the most new items is the Pendants $. TONS of new stuff were added last week.

New Baltic Amber & Artisan Jewelry

May 23, 2008 – 10:33 am

just finished updating the website again, with some stunning new sterling silver baltic amber pendants. I added about 50 new designs. Some only have a handful in stock. I contracted the artisans to make some bigger settings set with larger amber in cognac, lemon, green and yellow tones. All the amber is native to the Baltic region where the jewelrry is made and the quality of the gems is very, very good. I was hoping to get the rings, earring and necklaces up too, but did not have time - just way to many designs. But take a look now and then I will alert you early next week when I have time to put the rest up.

Tips - Resources, Networking, SEO & More

May 14, 2008 – 10:46 am

Over the years I have accumulated a handful of quality partnerships that I would like to share with you. I have also included some useful info for those of you with websites looking for some guidance on generating traffic, as well as some buying tips- whether its from us or other suppliers.

Jewelry Business Resources

If you need low cost wholesale supplies such as bags, boxes or shipping materials, www.Fetpak.com is the company I use for all these items. They have great prices and shipping is very quick. Not sure if they ship Int’l.

For standard jewellry findings, sizing tools, crafting tools & suppliers, silver wire, etc. I reccomend www.jewelrysupply.com.

In need of new suppliers? Don’t worry, I take personally not! Whether you sell jewellry exlusively or other products as well, its always a good idea to diversify your offerings. These two sites I am familiar Read the rest of this entry »

HUGE Museum Quality Tibetan Pieces Available For Custom Orders

May 14, 2008 – 8:54 am

This is kind of niche, but if you have customers interested in stunning, authentic, high-end Tibetan jewelry then read on.

This jewelry normally retails for $800-$1000 per piece. Very expensive, very sought after and unique.  I am marketing this line differently. An experiment. I am having each piece custom made. The pics on the site are not great but give you a good idea about the designs and quality. I have reduced my normal markup drastically so even though the pieces are expensive, the value is excellent for this type of jewellry. Even if you went to Nepal yourself you would would not be able to buy these at a wholesale price.

I have met many Tibetans and have witnessed their plight as refugees first hand when I lived and worked in Nepal. The communist regime in China has persecuted and turtored Tibetans for decades and this is a primary reason I have never, and probably will never, do business with China. For me (everyone has their own definition - and I respect that) “Fair Trade” means NOT trading with china. I apologize for the disturbance, I try not to mix business and politics but in this case the line is blurry and I know many of my customers are atuned to this issue.

Virtual Website Available For Existing Customers

March 12, 2008 – 5:34 pm

I will be launching a new feature on the website, based on feedback I have been hearing for a number of years. The Virtual Website is intened to be used as a way to increase your sales of our products.  Through this free service you will have a semi-customizeable virtual site hosted on one of my under-the-radar websites - this is so your customers will have no clue that I am your source. I have no interest in attracting any retail business! This is just another way that I am working to support my customers. To see the Beta version (fully functional version out next week), login to the My Account tab and click the Virtual Website link on left side of page. I think you will really enjoy this!

Children Going to School Thanks To Our Customers!

March 11, 2008 – 8:34 am

One of my resolutions - well not really a resolution, but something I have been planning for  a while - is to continue to build a socially resonsible business. We took a huge step a couple weeks back and put the final touches on a sponsorship program that will enable 14 children to attend school in Nepal.

10 of the participants are children of the workers who make our beautiful jewelry.  The other 4 are being sponsored through www.Edwon.org. The political and economic situation in Nepal is currently not very good.  The fact that Wholesalegemshop.com is providing consistent work for 20-40 workers in Nepal is a huge help in its own right. But I wanted to do more. After over a year of discussions with my business partners in Nepal, site visits and collaboration with experienced development workers in Kathmandu, we established the program.

The children will receive stipends to help defray the costs of schooling. Although public school is available in Nepal, these families face some added difficulty. The children were no longer able to live with the parents in the city due to high costs of living. So most of them are now living with relatives in their villages (family structure in Nepal is very tight so this is pretty common). At this point in time the school systems in many of the villages are in shambles. As my partner described to me: “the schools exist only in name”. Teachers and materials are sparse. The situation has been complicated over recent years due to the maoist insurgency which often targeted educators - many were forced to quit their jobs as teachers or face possible beatings or death. Not a choice anyone should have to make.

Although the inurgency has abated somewhat, the problems still linger and a political solution has not been achieved.

… The bottom line is that we have decided to help defray the cost of sending the children to a private schools in their village. We are also working on procuring computers to setup a lab. The money we provide will help with the costs which they would otherwise not be able to afford.

Reality check: The reason this took me over a year to settle on is because I am a skeptical scientist by nature and wanted to be sure we setup something that would work. At first I felt that it is not neccessary for us to pay for private school when they can get an education at public school at no cost.  The more I learned the more I realized the imperitive of acting in a way that aligned with the parents wishes for their children. They are right, if the schools suck, why should they send them there?! Kudos to these parents, most of whom do not have a formal education for seeking something better for their children!! I guarantee everyone reading this post wants the same for their children. In the end, its the only thing that matters in this world and the one thing we can directly affect, without question. It’s a small contribution, but one that is essential, I think. These are people that make my livlihood possible and take great pride in their work and families.

I sent funds ($1350) in advance for the first year of schooling. I am committing to these children for 3 years at a time. Every 3 years they can re-apply.  You can contribute on this page. Any contributions to this fund are matched by my company. The more we get the more children we can sponsor and we will be adding regular updates about the children.

Catalog Feature Enhanced - Online & Customizable!

March 6, 2008 – 11:26 am

I have spent the better part of 3 days improving our custom catalog feature. Only about 25% of my customers have utilized the catalog - to illustrate the potential of the catalog in terms of its ability to generate new sales, I posted a sample which I created in about 5 minutes on the site.

 See sample Catalog

You can customize the catalog with ANYTHING we have in stock on our site and print it out on your very own printer. Or a better option is to simply save the file to a CD and bring it (or email) the document to Kinkos or Staples and have professionally printed. The catalog now shows much larger photos and also has an inventory list to enable you to take pre-orders and quickly and easily put your order into our website for delivery the next business day.
Let me know what you think. Also, if you have not visited the site for a while we have TONS of new stuff - some unique plain silver items, matching sets, and new small pendants ($6-$7). Also lowered the price of the gem chip bracelets significantly. I am stocking up on low to mid-price items because I know its tough out there these days and doing my best to keep prices down with the increasing world market price of silver.

To make your own catalog, Log In Here. There is an option to have your passw emailed to you… and if you still have trouble give me a holler and I will get it for you personally :) The catalog link is on the left of the admin page.

  Thanks again for your business!

My Kids Learn To Ski!

March 4, 2008 – 12:19 pm

This is not jewelry related, but its been kind of a slow day so I figured I would share this! Nathan and Max just learned to ski. Nathan is 7, Max is 5. This is the ONLY ski slope in Rhode Island - a whopping 250 vertical feet!
